This home is just 5 blocks from Main Street. It has a private 4 person hot tub on the back deck with unbelievable views of the mountains. It also has free access to the Mountainside Clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, racquetball court, locker rooms and three outdoor hot tubs. Summer guests can take advantage of the outdoor tennis court. Groups can rent this home in conjunction with our other two homes less than 1 block away, (Mountainside Home, and Whit's Home). This home has a one car garage and gas grill on the back deck. Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedrooms a King Bed with private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, with the bathroom in the hall, just outside the bedroom door. The other bedroom is downstairs and has a double/twin bunk bed and another twin bed. The large downstairs family room has a sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom on this level. Floor Plan: The large family room has wonderful views to the mountains. There are two sofas in front of the gas burning fireplace, and a large TV/DVD. The dining table and chairs are just off the living room and has 6 chairs with an additional seating at the breakfast bar with 4 barstools. The large back deck is just off this room where the hot tub and gas grill is located. The kitchen is the other side of the breakfast bar, and is fully equipped with new stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, etc. There is a full size washer/dryer in this unit. |
