MARDEI’S CONDO’S CHECK-OUT
Check-out time: 10:00
Dear Guests:
We hope you have enjoyed your stay with us. We have listed a few items to assist you with check-out.
Check-out:
We have a firm check-out time of: 10:00 a.m. In order for the cleaning crew to have the unit cleaned in a timely manner, this policy must be strictly enforced. Non-Compliance of this policy will result in $100.00 charge to your credit card.
Before you leave the unit:
We do request reasonable care of this unit. Therefore, we request that you please:
1. Take out all trash (bedrms, bathrms, floors, etc), to dumpster in parking lot, or garage if no dumpster. 2. Load and run the dishwasher. (Please empty if time permits). 3. Make sure all pots and pans are clean and put away. 4. Make sure oven and microwave are clean as you found them. 5. Make sure disposal, sinks, and toilets are not plugged. 6. You may leave useful food items in the refrigerator if perishable, or on the counter if not. 7. Put futons or sofa sleepers back together, and in the same location you found them, and place dirty sheets on floor. Put blankets/pillows back where found. 8. Turn heat down to 60 in all rooms, (off in July& August), and all lights are off. 9. Leave keys on kitchen counter. 10. Lock and deadbolt front door on way out. 11. Make sure key is in Lockbox! (If unit has one).
Thank you for assisting us with these tasks. This will contribute to a speedy check-in for arriving guests. We must charge guests credit card for noncompliance of the above check out rules.
Remember, next vacation, the arriving guest will be you. Thank you for your cooperation. We wish you a safe trip home and look forward to having you with us again in the future!
