This comfortable townhome is located in Frisco, at the heart of Summit County. It's on 4th Avenue, the center core of town, one and a half blocks from Main Street. This unit is in a quiet fourplex on Creekside Drive. There are free ski shuttle stops on Main/1st Ave and Main/6th Ave. There's a NEW 46" HDTV with DVR, with Dish Network HD programming and a DVD, in the Living room. Enjoy a good book, movie or conversation next to the Stone/Gas fireplace. All of the windows have beautiful Mtn views of Buffalo, Wichita, and Little Chief Mountains. The private outdoor hot tub is a year round bonus. There are awesome views of Mt Royal, the towering giant to the West that is Frisco's backdrop, from the large paver patio and hot tub. Sleeping Arrangements: There are three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a pillowtop + foam King size bed and 27" TV/DVD. The middle bedroom has a Full/Dbl size pillow top bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen pillow-top bed. The downstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds; one has a Full/Dbl bed on bottom and Twin on top, the other is a Twin/ Twin combination. There is a Full size futon in the downstairs TV room. THIS UNIT SLEEPS 13. Floor Plan: The full kitchen has all new custom cabinets and countertops, with under cabinet lighting. There are plenty of cupboards and countertop space. The kitchen is well stocked with many assorted dish patterns, cookware/bakeware, pots/pans, utensils, 2 coffee pots, blender and a crockpot. The dining room table is in the kitchen and seats 6. There is also a vintage 50's Diner table and 4 chairs in the downstairs Family room, as well as a 32"TV/DVD. This unit has a full bathroom upstairs and another one downstairs. The laundry room is downstairs with a full size frontloading washer, and dryer. There is an outdoor shed to store skis and snowboards. There is ample parking for 2-4 cars in front of the unit. The same owners own the whole North side of the bldg, units 304 A & D.
