This remodeled, peaceful and cozy townhome is located on 4th Avenue, the center core of Frisco, one and a half blocks from Main Street. This unit is in a quiet four-plex on Creekside Dr. There are ski shuttle stops on Main/1st Ave and Main/6th Ave. This unit has a 55" flat screen LCD HDTV and DVD with Digital Satellite. There is a wall mounted 19" LCD HDTV in the Master Bedroom. There is an office upstairs with 2 wrap-around desks and a wall mounted TV. There's High Speed Wireless Internet. Enjoy a good book or conversation, in the living room, next to the Stone/Gas fireplace. The couch has dual la-z-boy recliners. All of the windows have beautiful Mtn views of Buffalo, Wichita, and Little Chief Mountains. The private outdoor hot tub is on a huge redwood deck. From this tranquil setting, the surroundings are trees, mtns, solitude and sun/stars! For our summer guest the stream (Ten Mile Creek) is less than 50 yards away, and the Public Park is in the backyard.

Sleeping Arrangements: There are two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a pillowtop Olympic size queen bed, with an additional 2.5" of memory foam. The TV has surround sound. The middle bedroom has a new sturdy comfortable pillowtop Double (+foam) / Twin (+ memory foam) wooden bunk bed, down comforters and TV. There's a full bath in the hallway. The downstairs bedroom has a pillowtop( + foam) Queen bed, down comforter, TV, private bathroom and a full size futon.

Floor Plan: The kitchen has all new custom hickory cabinets and granite countertops, with under cabinet lighting. There are plenty of cupboards and countertop space. It's well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans, baking dishes,utensils, cookbooks and coffee gadgets. The solid maple kitchen table seats 6. The laundry room is downstairs and has a top of the line full size front loading washer and dryer. There is an outdoor shed for storing skis/snowboards/bikes. There's a long driveway and ample parking for 2-4 cars.

Since this is a back unit there's a yard, berm, alpine rock garden, flowers, plenty of aspen/ pine trees and unobstructed views. Because of the park and lake location there are no other bldgs or condos close by. The same owners own the whole north side of the bldg, units 304 A&D. This unit is D.
