MarDei’s Hot Tub
Please help us keep the tub in good working order by following these rules:
∑ Unlock Tub use key hanging by back door. ∑ Always shower prior to entering the tub. This will help keep the water clean. ∑ Make sure all four locking clips on the lid have been released prior to opening the lid. 3 are broken! ∑ Remove any pine needles from your feet before entering the tub. ∑ Do not put your hands on the display panel as you enter the tub. It can lock up the panel functions. ∑ Do not use any soaps, bubbles, or spill any liquids in tub. ∑ Make sure the spa jets and spa lights are off prior to closing the lid. DO NOT FORGET TO CLOSE LID!! ∑ Sprinkle one –capful of Oxy-Brite in the tub, after each days use. ∑ Close the lid, secure the clips to keep the lid from blowing off. Make sure the padlock is attached to the cable and lock the tub. ∑ There is a charge of $140.00, for a drain and fill, for non-compliance and excessive wear and tear.
