Clubhouse is East to Bill’s Ranch Road, next to the tennis court. Clubhouse access is now with the 1 Keycard FOB, hanging in the unit. Please do not lose the FOB as there is a $50.00 replacement charge.
∑ LAUNDRY IS LOCATED IN THE CLUBHOUSE ∑ TRASH DUMPSTERS ARE IN THE PARKING LOT. ∑ SOFA-SLEEPER SHEETS ARE IN THE BEDROOM CLOSET.
CONDO RULES
∑ ALL ADULTS NEED TO READ CHECK-IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS. ∑ EVERYONE MUST TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR (CARPETS WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AT THE GUESTS EXPENSE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE)! ∑ NO SMOKING!! NO PETS!! ∑ CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS. Quite on the stairs. ∑ PLEASE TURN YOUR HEAT DOWN TO 65, AND MAKE SURE THE LIGHTS, BATH FAN, FIREPLACE, AND TV’S, ETC., ARE OFF WHEN LEAVING FOR THE DAY. ∑ LOCAL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE FREE. YOU WILL NEED TO USE A CALLING CARD FOR LONG-DISTANCE CALLS. ∑ DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TOWELS AT THE CLUBHOUSE! YOU HAVE BEEN PROVIDED WITH 4. ∑ DO NOT LEAVE TRASH IN THE UNIT UPON DEPARTURE.
