This 1932 square foot, mountain Home is five blocks from Main Street. If is located on a cornet in the quiet Mountainside neighborhood. The free summit count shuttle stops on Main Street, and takes you to Copper Mountain, Keystone, and Breckenridge. This home has free access to the beautiful clubhouse, one block down the street. It has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna racquetball court, locker rooms, laundry, and three outdoor hot tubs. Enjoy the outdoor tennis court in the summer. To accommodate larger groups, we manage two other homes in this area, one next door, (Whit's Mountainside Home), and the other a block away (The Wrangler). We also have a two bedroom duplex (Mountain Chalet), one block away as well. Sleeping Arrangements: This home has four bedrooms and three baths. The Master Bedroom is upstairs on its own level. It has a queen bed, private balcony, and full bath. There is another bedroom upstairs, on its own level, and has a queen bed and a full bathroom, in the hall, just outside this bedroom. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, one has a set of twin bunk beds, and the other has a queen bed, and 2 single futons. These two rooms share a full bath. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The maximum occupancy for this home is 12. Floor Plan: This single family home has beautiful views of the mountains. The living room has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, gas fireplace and TV/DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All pots, pans, dishes and utensils are provided. There is a breakfast bar that separates the dining room from the kitchen with bar stools. There is a large dining room table and eight chairs. This home also has a laundry room and a one car garage. There is a deck off the dining room and has patio table and chairs, as well as gas grill. |
