Clubhouse is at the North End of the Building, next to the tennis court. Clubhouse access is now with the keycard FOB, hanging in the unit. Please do not lose the FOB mechanism, there is a $50.00 replacement fee.
Laundry Room is in clubhouse
Trash Dumpster is in Parking Lot.
CONDO RULES
∑ ALL ADULTS NEED TO READ CHECK-IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS. ∑ EVERYONE MUST TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR (CARPETS WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AT THE GUESTS EXPENSE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE)! ∑ NO SMOKING!! NO PETS!! ∑ CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS. QUIET ON STAIRS. ∑ PLEASE TURN YOUR HEAT DOWN TO 60, AND MAKE SURE THE LIGHTS, FIREPLACE, BATH FANS, AND TV’S ARE OFF WHEN LEAVING FOR THE DAY. ∑ LOCAL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE FREE. YOU WILL NEED TO USE A CALLING CARD FOR LONG-DISTANCE CALLS. ∑ DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TOWELS AT THE CLUBHOUSE! (This unit has 8 bath towels)
