CHECK-OUT REMINGTON RIDGE IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU CHECK OUT NO LATER THAN 10:00AM. THE CLEANING CREW WILL ARRIVE PROMPTLY TO PREPARE THE UNIT FOR THE NEXT GUESTS AND WILL NOT CLEAN IF THE UNIT IS STILL OCCUPIED. THANKS FOR YOUR COOPERATION. PLEASE COMPLETE THESE ITEMS WHEN CHECKING OUT: q Take all trash from kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and floors to Dumpster area. There will be a $25 charge for trash left in unit. q Run disposal, and dishwasher, and put away dishes! q Make sure all pots and pans are clean and put away! q Make sure Microwave and stovetop are clean!! q Please turn down refrigerator to #1. q Wash, dry, and put your pool towels under sinks. q Put Sofa Sleeper back together and put dirty sheets on floor. Put blankets back in basin in spare bedroom closet. q Put all furniture and curios back where you found them. q Turn down heat to 60, and air conditioning to 85 in the summer. q Make sure all lights are off. Please close all windows and shades. q Check that the stove, oven, TV/DVD/VCR, and stereo are all turned off. q Cover patio furniture and gas grill. Make sure back patio wrought iron gate, is locked. (Your front door key locks/unlocks). q Extra supplies are left in the unit should you need them. Please do not take them upon your departure. q Useful food items may be left on the counter or in the refrigerator if perishable. q Lock the door on your way out. q Guests who have worn their shoes, smoked, or had pets in the unit will be charged to have the unit, carpets, and furniture professionally cleaned. These charges will range from $100 to $500. q Remember to mail all keycards back to our office upon departure. There is a $35.00 charge for each lost key and/or keycard. We are continually trying to make this unit one of the most comfortable. Your help in keeping it nice is greatly appreciated. Remember, next vacation, the arriving guest will be you.
