REMINGTON RIDGE At Mesquite Country Club Enclosed you will find a keycard to enter the gate to the complex. Once in front of the door to our unit, look to your right, on the mechanical room door and you will see a lockbox. We will email this code to you. Use this key to open the door, and immediately put it back in the lockbox. You will find keys to use during your stay on the rake on the wall, by the front door. Please return the keycard to us at our Post Office Box in Colorado upon departure. Keycard replacement is $35.00. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 10:a.m.; the day of checkout, they only have until 4 p.m. to have the place clean and ready for the next check-in, hence the checkout time is very strict. (See instructions by each phone). Please abide by our house requests while staying with us: ∑ No Smoking ∑ No Pets ∑ We ask that you remove your shoes inside the front door. (Guests that have worn their shoes, and require the carpets to be cleaned, will be charged). ∑ Make sure porch lights are off and gas grill covered before going to bed. ∑ Turn off lights when you leave a room. ∑ Please turn down the heat (air conditioning @ 80) when leaving for the day. Turn off TV’s and bath fans. ∑ Please abide by the Homeowners Rules and Regulations, which can be found in the black notebook on the desk. If the unit requires additional cleaning, or if anything is damaged during your stay, your credit card will be charged. If we find out you or anyone in your party smoked, or had a pet, we will have the unit fumigated and carpets and furniture cleaned at your expense.
