This will ring in our bedroom and wake us up. Please use only for emergencies. You can park one car in the garage, and another outside the garage door. Additional parking is available to the left of the trash dumpster. The outdoor hot tub is next to the parking lot, a short distance to the North. Sofa sleeper sheets are in the bunk bedroom closet. Sheets for the futon, in the Master Bedroom, are under the futon in a basin. CONDO RULES
∑ ALL ADULTS NEED TO READ CHECK-IN/OUT INSTRUCTIONS. ∑ EVERYONE MUST TAKE THEIR SHOES OFF AT THE FRONT DOOR (CARPETS WILL BE PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AT THE GUESTS EXPENSE FOR NON-COMPLIANCE!) ∑ NO SMOKING, NO PETS!! ∑ CONSIDERATION FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS. ∑ PLEASE TURN YOUR HEAT DOWN TO 65, AND MAKE SURE THE LIGHTS, BATH FANS, AND TV’S ARE OFF WHEN LEAVING FOR THE DAY. ∑ LOCAL TELEPHONE CALLS ARE FREE. YOU WILL NEED TO USE A CALLING CARD FOR LONG-DISTANCE CALLS. ∑ DO NOT PUT SKIS/SNOWBOARDS IN THE UNIT. PLEASE USE THE GARAGE. YOUR FRONT DOOR KEY OPENS THE GARAGE. ∑ THE TRASH DUMPSTER IS LOCATED IN THE SOUTH AREA (TOWARD MAIN STREET) OF THE PARKING LOT. ∑ DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TOWELS AT THE HOT TUB, YOUR UNIT HAS 11. ∑ THERE IS FIREWOOD ON THE BACK DECK, OFF OF THE DINING ROOM. THE DOOR LOCKS AUTOMATICALLY!!! ∑ PLEASE PARK IN THE GARAGE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE SO THE PARKING LOT CAN BE PLOWED.
