We are a husband and wife team that have been renting short term vacation rentals for over 25 years in Summit County.
Each Property has a room by room, bed by bed Description, Seasonal Pricing, Pictures, Directions/ Phone Numbers, Availability Calendar, Virtual Tours, and On-Line Booking. Please note our No Smoking and No Pet Policies.
MINIMUM STAYS: We do not accept 1 or 2 night stays unless they fill a gap. We typically do not accept monthly stays during the Winter season.
Our guests have received discounts for ski rental equipment for years now with a Top Notch Local Ski Shop in Frisco; Pioneer Sports. Located next to WalMart. They have excellent equipment and provide wonderful service. They also sell discounted Lift Tickets. In the Summer receive discounts on Bike rentals. We also have a property in Palm Springs, California, known as the desert's epicenter of social and cultural activity. We have a fabulous Desert Getaway, a 2Br 2Ba condo conveniently located next to to one of the swimming pools in the Mesquite Country Club. Enjoy Tennis or Golf, and a multitude of fun activities in the Coachella Valley. Home to more than 125 Golf Courses. You don't need to golf in order to bask in the sunshine and warm weather. Winter temps are 70-80. I'm just saying, ... if you are tired of the cold and snow! It is still surrounded by the mountains ; ))
